1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp lemon zest using Microplane® Classic rasp grater
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Pinch of sugar
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
In a small bowl, whisk together white wine vinegar, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, salt pepper and sugar. Slowly add extra-virgin olive oil, whisking until emulsified, or gently shake ingredients in a carafe. |
