· I have severed on the Awards committee for at least 3 years. During the service to the awards committee I severed as a liaison to the BOD
· Severed Ethics committee for 4 years. Currently severing at the ethics Chair person.
· Our family business started in 1988 and serves the local southern Maryland area.
· Awards on the local, regional and national have been won for our company with NARI and other contest for the since 1997

Debra Kiser- Custom Kitchen By Design

Office Position: Treasurer
Biogrophy:
Formal Training: 1993 University of Maryland Graduate with BA in Interior Design.
Worked several years as residential interior designer for local Annapolis design firm doing model home merchandising. From there, gravitated to my specialty, doing kitchen and bath design for Custom Kitchens by Design in La Plata, MD. Both jobs require an ability to organize and manage projects in regards to scheduling, as well as, maintaining proper channels of communication throughout length of projects.
