September Agenda

  1. Vote in transitional executive committee and board members.
  2. Ratify by-laws (already sent to you, make sure you read them before next meeting)
  3. Apply for a chapter charter. (we need 15 joined members)
  4. Sign the charter agreement.
  5. Set up the first board meeting and divide future tasks.

Monthly meetings...

SMECO in Whitle Plains has been secured as the monthly meeting area. It has been decided to hold meetings on the second Monday of each month at 5:30. Our meeting schedule is as follows...

September 8th, then October 14th, (because the 13th is a holiday), and then November 10th.  There will be no meeting in December because of all of the holidays.  

We will be providing snacks and drinks. 

 

 

 

DUES DECIDED

LOCAL DUES WILL BE $300.00 For the entire year.

National Dues are $125.00.

When submitting your application don't forget your $25.00 application fee.

The total you will need to enclose is $450.00.

There must be a membership of 15 in order to establish a local chapter. So please submit your application as soon as possible.
